Responsibilities
Committee Chair Chair
- Set meeting agendas and lead bi-weekly committee meetings
- Report progress to the Steering Committee monthly
- Ensure all KPI targets are on track and escalate risks early
- Coordinate with other committees to avoid duplication of effort
- Approve committee deliverables before submission to leadership
- Own all external messaging and ensure consistency with brand governance standards
- Approve all co-branded materials with sponsors and partners
- Lead crisis communications response if activated
Committee Members Members
- Attend all scheduled committee meetings and respond within 48 hours
- Complete assigned deliverables by agreed deadlines
- Flag blockers or risks to the Chair immediately
- Collaborate across sub-teams and share relevant information proactively
- Execute assigned campaign channels (digital, media, diaspora)
- Track registration metrics and report weekly during final 90 days
