Responsibilities

Committee Chair Chair

  • Set meeting agendas and lead bi-weekly committee meetings
  • Report progress to the Steering Committee monthly
  • Ensure all KPI targets are on track and escalate risks early
  • Coordinate with other committees to avoid duplication of effort
  • Approve committee deliverables before submission to leadership
  • Own all external messaging and ensure consistency with brand governance standards
  • Approve all co-branded materials with sponsors and partners
  • Lead crisis communications response if activated

  • Attend all scheduled committee meetings and respond within 48 hours
  • Complete assigned deliverables by agreed deadlines
  • Flag blockers or risks to the Chair immediately
  • Collaborate across sub-teams and share relevant information proactively
  • Execute assigned campaign channels (digital, media, diaspora)
  • Track registration metrics and report weekly during final 90 days
  • Coordinate content creation with approved messaging guidelines
